Lavo at Palazzo Las Vegas

LAVO is a favorite with diners in the know about the best Italian restaurants Las Vegas has to offer. Located inside Palazzo Las Vegas, LAVO features a spacious outdoor terrace with 100 seats offering an unparalleled fine dining experience with stunning views of the Strip.

LAVO flies in fresh ingredients from Italy every week to prepare its signature dishes. House specialties include the crispy chicken Dominic served with white balsamic potatoes and red chili flakes and the roasted Chilean sea bass topped with fresh heirloom tomatoes, crispy Portobello mushrooms and butter.

If you have ever wanted to taste what an award-winning meatball tastes like, this is the place to do it. LAVO’S signature meatballs are made with veal, Italian sausage, fresh ground imperial Wagyu, imported cheeses and fresh herbs. Each meatball is made fresh daily, mixed and formed by hand. These tasty treats can be served with sausage ragu, whipped fresh ricotta or salad and garlic crostini.

Meat lovers can choose from four different USDA prime steaks dry aged for 28 days and priced between $39 and $56. The center cut filet mignon, bone-in filet mignon, New York strip and bone-in rib eye can be served with gorgonzola, garlic herb butter, béarnaise, chimichurri, black truffle butter, green peppercorn or horseradish cream.

LAVO Lounge located directly above the restaurant is a popular celebrity hangout with upscale plush furniture, antique lighting fixtures and a selection of avant guard artwork to rival any private collection. Lounge guests can order from the dinner menu and wash the meal down with signature cocktails prepared by one of LAVO’s talented mixologists.

The drink menu includes a selection of innovative Vegas inspired cocktails served by the glass or by the pitcher. The Atomic Cocktail is an explosive libation combining Hennessy Black Limoncello, Belvedere citrus vodka and Veuve Clicquot Champagne. The Viva Las Vegas is a lively cocktail made with Grey Goose Le Citron, Blue Curacao and white cranberry juice. For something completely different, try the Prenup with Ron Zacapa 23 year rum, basil, strawberry and rhubarb liqueur. LAVO’s feature cocktail is the Bootlegger’s Bug, which consists of 10 Cane Rum, fresh watermelon juice and rhubarb liqueur served as a martini or a shot.

LAVO’s dessert menu offers Italian favorites, including gelati, sorbetti and tiramisu. The truly decadent 20-layer peanut butter chocolate cake features layers of devil’s food cake separated by creamy layers of peanut butter mascarpone.

For the most elegant breakfast in Las Vegas, stop by LAVO on Saturday or Sunday between 10 am and 4 pm for brunch featuring classic and unique breakfast recipes. Try the Breakfast Mac & Cheese with two fried eggs, pancetta and truffled pasta shells or the Lobster Benedict featuring poached eggs and champagne hollandaise served with a 1-lb lobster. Unlimited mimosas are available during brunch hours for $30 per person.
